JZ-CMS2N is a new kind of non-polar adsorbent, designed for the enrichment of nitrogen from air, and has a high adsorption capacity from oxygen. With its characteristic of high efficiency, low air consumption and high purity nitrogen capacity.
The raw materials of carbon molecular sieve are phenolic resin, pulverized first and combined with the base material, then activated pores. Carbon molecular sieve differs from ordinary activated carbons as it has a much narrower range of pore openings. This allows small molecules such as oxygen to penetrate the pores and separate from nitrogen molecules that are too large to enter the CMS. The larger nitrogen molecules by-pass the CMS and emerge as the product gas.
