JZ-ZMS5 (Calcium sodium aluminosilicate) can absorb molecules with a critical diameter of not more than 5 angstroms.
It is packaged in robust steel drums. The sphere configuration comes in 150kg per steel drum, and the cylinder configuration comes in 125kg per steel drum.
As a high-performance desiccant, it must not be exposed to the open air. It should always be kept in dry conditions within an air-proof package.
Both the sphere (1.6-2.5mm, 3-5mm) and cylinder (1/16", 1/8") shapes feature a static water adsorption rating of ≥ 21%.
It is widely applied in the deep drying and purification of air, O2, N2, H2, petroleum gas, natural gas, ammonia decomposition gas, and various mixed industrial gases.
The crushing strength is ≥ 30 N/Pc (for 1.6-2.5mm spheres and 1/16” cylinders), ≥ 80 N/Pc (for 3-5mm spheres), and ≥ 70 N/Pc (for 1/8” cylinders).
